Punjabi Pakora Recipe (with Desi Indian Pakora Mix) Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1 cup Punjabi Pakora Mix
1 medium onion – thinly sliced
1 small potato – thinly sliced (optional)
1 green chilli – chopped (optional, for spice)
Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
Water – as needed
Oil – for deep frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Punjabi Pakora Mix.
Add onions, potatoes, green chilli, and coriander.
Gradually add water and mix well to form a thick batter (not too runny).
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Drop small spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil.
Fry on medium heat until pakoras turn golden brown and crispy.
Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
